Resources for Schools

These school resources have all been shaped significantly by the findings of the reasearch carried out for East Meets West. Broadly speaking, they aim to encourage pupils to think about everyday life under state socialism and the ways in which Eastern Europeans are represented in the British media. The resources can be adapted fo pupils from year 9 to A-level. They will be of particular interest to teachers of history, citizenship, German, and Eastern European Languages.
